The ways to be fit by diet and nutrtion is below.

1. Drink Water

Start your day with a glass or two of plain water.Drinking water first thing in the morning helps jump start your metabolism and helps remove toxins from your body. Also,water has no calories,so drink it instead of soft drinks and alcohol. Drinking plain water also helps in controlling hunger and prevents you from eating unnecessary calories. Switch to water or green tea and feel the difference within a day.

2.Be healthy inside
Participate in a minimum of 150 minutes of cardio per week for good heart health. Choose aerobic exercises you enjoy, such as walking, riding your bike, taking a class at the health club or playing tennis with a friend. Break up your cardio workouts however you need to fit your schedule. Exercise for 10 minutes three times per day or 30 minutes once each day as needed.

Perform strength-training exercises two to three times per week for 20 minutes per session. Include exercises that work your upper and lower body muscles, as well as those in your core. Use dumbbells or kettlebells while doing biceps curls, triceps kickbacks, and shoulder and chest presses. Work your core muscles by performing seated trunk rotations with a medicine ball. Tone your legs and glutes with squats, lunges and leg lifts.

2. Walk After Your Meals

If you are not cut out for running or exercising then we might have something simpler for you. Try taking a ten-minute walk after your every meal. This can help you burn a few calories quickly and aid in digestion.

Did you know: that 5-minute walk taken shortly after each meal can improve daily blood sugar levels to a greater extent than a single 45-minute walk in the morning.Researchers say that a post-meal stroll helps clear glucose from the bloodstream in part because more of it is taken up by the muscles. Next time post your meal skip the couch and go for a short walk.

6. Run

Yes, you read it right: RUN. Running helps you burn calories, reduce stress and suppress appetite hormones. If you are used to walking then add a little bit of jogging in intervals. Running/jogging helps you burn more calories & tone up faster than walking in the same amount of time! But it doesn’t end here. Research confirms that exercises like running result in “after burn” which means that one continues to burn more calories for as long as two hours after you have stopped running.

7. Do Push-ups/Squats

By far one of the most effective exercises to burn calories. If you don’t have enough time, patience or equipment, just get on the floor with simple push-ups and squats. Push-ups and squats require only 15 minutes of your time and the results will make it look like you have been spending some serious time sweating in the gym. Both are fantastic exercises to burn fat, tone arms and legs in no time.

Take minimum20 minutes of your life daily to become fit.

Minute 5-6: Run (your quickest pace)
Minute 6-7: Jog
Minute 7-8: Walk
Minute 8-9: Jog
Minute 9-10: Run (your quickest pace)

Minute 17-18: Final Run!
Minutes 18-20: Recovery walk

Exercise with a friend. Find a friend who also wants to be active during the week and exercise with them. You can also ask members of your family (siblings, cousins, even parents) if they’d like to exercise with you. It’ll be easier to stay motivated to be fit if you have a friend or family member to exercise with and who can provide moral support.
Having a friend to support you will make you more likely to stick with your exercise regime.

Food rules for a flatter stomach:

1. Eat a breakfast high in protein.

Start your day with a breakfast high in protein to get your metabolism moving and to feel satiated and energized until lunch.

Blend yourself a smoothie with greens, almond butter and some fruit, or make an egg white scramble with veggies.

2. Don’t deprive yourself, but make healthy substitutions.

Make a few substitutions to reduce fat and calories without losing flavor. Choose Greek yogurt in place of sour cream, honey or maple syrup in place of white sugar, and finish your meal with berries rather than cake or ice cream.

3. Use fresh herbs.

Fresh herbs like parsley, cilantro, basil and mint will add flavor to a dish without many calories, which will curb the desire to add sodium through salt (which contributes to bloating), and will cut down on calories since you’ll use less oils and butter.

4. Eat plenty of complex carbs.

Rather than eating refined simple carbs like pasta, cereal, bread and white rice, choose complex carbohydrates like oatmeal, whole grain pasta or bread.

5. Definitely eat fat.

Consuming healthy fats actually helps you blast belly fat. Make your own salad dressing by using extra-virgin olive oil and your favorite vinegar or citrus juice. Add sliced avocado to your sandwich and skip the cheese. Although these are all small changes, by consistently choosing healthier alternatives every day, you can accomplish your goals without feeling deprived or dissatisfied.

3. Eat More Fiber

High-fiber foods are good for your health and weight loss. Fiber-rich foods might help boost weight loss by helping you to feel fuller after you eat. But most of us eat only about half as much fiber as we should. High-fiber foods generally require more chewing time, which gives your body time to register when you’re no longer hungry, so you’re less likely to overeat. And high-fiber diets also tend to be less “energy dense”, which means they have fewer calories for the same volume of food. So the best way to add more fiber to your diet is by starting your day with a fiber-packed breakfast in the form of oats, whole wheat flakes & muesli. You can also include fruit with every meal, and start your meal with a bowl of fresh, seasonal salad.

4. Eat at Home

In urban Indian with new restaurants opening every day a person is eating out an average of 4 meals a week outside his/her home. For some really busy professionals, this number is as high as an average of one meal a day. Although restaurants are offering more nutritious food options these days, the choices are often limited. Most foods that are served in restaurants contain high amounts of fat and calories, and they can be detrimental to your health if they are consumed on a regular basis. Besides its different to completely control what goes into preparing your food in a restaurant. If you eat at home, you have more control over how the food is prepared. Eating at home is one of the best ways to promote a healthy lifestyle and lose weight. Try limiting your food outings per week and feel the difference.

5. Eat less Salt

Go easy on the salty snacks, like namkeen, chips, high sodium pickles, pretzels and processed foods that are high in sodium. Extra salt is added as a preservative in such foods. Salt contains sodium and high sodium foods cause water retention in the body, which can make you look bloated. Besides, salt is so addictive that you can’t be satisfied

1.Lemon
Lemon is known to be a superior bleaching agent and scrubbing about half a lemon on your face regularly will help lighten your skin tone. This is one of the simplest yet effective home remedies for fair skin.

2.Potato
The juice of one potato can be squeezed and applied to your face; do it regularly and you will notice a gradual change.

3.Tomato
Apply the pulp of a mashed tomato on your skin; not only will it lighten your skin tone but it will give it a pink glow too.

4.Lemon and Honey
Mix equal quantities of honey and lemon juice and apply it on your skin.

5.Cinnamon
Another great natural way to get fair skin is to mix a tiny amount of cinnamon with about half a teaspoon of honey and apply it on your face.

6.Cucumber and lemon
If you have oily skin and want to lighten its tone, then applying a mixture of cucumber and lemon juice on it works wonders.

7.Curd
Curd is rich in lactic and zinc acid, both of which have natural skin lightening properties.

8.Coconut
If you want to lighten scars on your skin then applying fresh coconut water on them really works.

9.Saffron and olive oil
A tiny amount of saffron mixed with olive oil is a great natural remedy to make your skin fair.

10.Almond oil,Lemon juice,Milk powder
This effective fairness mask requires you to mix a spoonful each of almond oil, lemon juice and milk powder. Apply the mask on your skin and let it sit for about 15 minutes before you wash it off.

11.Cucumber and honey
If you have dry skin and want to lighten its tone, applying a mixture of honey and cucumber juice on it will make it fairer.

12.Egg
Another great way to get fair skin naturally is to apply the white of an egg on your face at least twice a week.

13.Tomato,curd and oatmeal
This skin lightening face pack requires you to make a mixture of tomato, curd and oatmeal and apply it on your face.

14.Tomato and lemon
Take a ripe tomato, mash it and add a few drops of lemon juice to it. Apply it and watch your skin tone lighten gradually.

15.Papaya,milk powder,honey
Another great way to make oily skin fair is to apply a mixture of milk powder, papaya, honey and milk to your face.

16.Aloe vera
Use pure aloe vera. This soothing substance is known for helping your skin heal after getting burned, but it also has a compound called anthraquinone that gently lightens the skin by removing the top layer of skin cells. You’ll see aloe as an ingredient in a number of different creams and lotions, but for best results, use an aloe vera plant or get a bottle of pure aloe vera.
Slather the aloe all over your skin.
Wait 20 minutes for it to dry and get absorbed.
You can rinse it off, or simply go about your day. Aloe is beneficial for the skin in so many ways that there’s really no need to wash it away!

17.Rosewater
Make a rosewater mask. Rosewater has properties that make it a great tool for gently lightening dark circles and other darker areas of skin. To make a rosewater mask, combine two tablespoons of milk with one tablespoon of lemon juice, one tablespoon of gram flour, and 2 tablespoons of rosewater. Mix the ingredients together and apply as a mask. Leave it in place for 20 minutes, then rinse it off.

What you can do

Exfoliate your skin a few times a week. Doing manual exfoliation can really help to lighten the skin, since the process takes off dead skin cells. Keep in mind that exfoliation only helps if your current skin is darker than your normal skin tone, because it reveals fresh skin that is untouched by the sun.
You can exfoliate your skin manually by using a body scrub or face wash with exfoliating particles. To make your own, just add a teaspoon of ground almonds or oatmeal to your regular cleanser.
Using a scrub brush or a dry brush is a great way to exfoliate your entire body. For your face, use a special brush with softer bristles so you don’t damage the fragile skin there.

Introverts

Being shy is a common thing in everybody.
We feel ashamed to talk to someone we don’t know.
We can’t open up.

Especially for boys to talk to girls.
Most of the guys would feel awkward to be with a girl besides him.
We feel insecure with them.
That’s the reason for being shy.

As we interact with more people,we will come to the conclusion that its no big deal.
As I have said earlier that insecurity leads to shyness.
If we are confident about ourselves,then we feel proud not shy.
As is the matter of any skills too,like performing anything on stage with audiences.
If we feel that we are good at it,then we won’t have any problem.

You can see that there are some boys/girls who don’t talk much in person.
But talk in social medias to you so much.
Its because they are afraid to talk in person as they have less interaction with other gender.
Some others have problems about their looks.
That all is their confidence being low.
Low self-esteem leads to only more depression.
Get over it.
Talk to everyone.Atleast to your classmates.
That’s the start.

Drinkers

Types of drinkers.

People who don’t drink and just eats their food along with some juice like frooti.

1.The best of the drinkers is the person with a limit.
I personally have a 3 shot rule.
And don’t drink after it so as to have a good mood along with a medium control to my actions.

2.The worst is the ones who throws up after drinking.
If you can’t take it all in then why bother to drink that much?
Seeing someone puking can cause others to start puking too.

3.The interesting fact about drinkers is that they will start to say their love story after they’re drunk.
And its the best way to hear their story because … you just have to hear it,its the feeling that matters the most.
They even drunk dial their exes and some abuses them verbally,others cries and some others just say that they are over him/her.
It is in these times that we have to think of our past.
Because in today’s technology its very easy to make a phone call.
You all must have remembered the old phone with a circular dialer.
If someone was drunk dialing,then it would take forever to call her.
And by the time the call is placed,you would be sober.

4.I forgot the most amazing fact about the drunk people.
They’re the “I’m fine,I’m not drunk!!!….” people.
Even if they can’t stand up,they’ll never say that they’re drunk and needs help.
But instead,they just say that they’re not drunk.
Who in their right minds would believe them?
They say that because of their ego.
Just as to not create a negative image of them.

It’s the only time when a man can be reffered in terms of women.
Its the time when a drunk man is equal to a sober woman.
Yeah,right.
In both times,as if a drunk man or a sober woman says that he/she is fine,they’re really not!!

5.There are also some fake story builder too in your group.
He/she will tell some stories about them which even christopher nolan can’t direct.

But if we are drunk to a level of extent, then we would hear it and listen carefully too.
Only when we’re sober will we understand what all happened the last night.

6.The Beer lover is a type of guy who wants only beer,no liquor.
That’s not a bad thing.
He knows how to control himself.
Its like a person with limits.

7.There are also some people who wants to fight with everyone for no reason.
They have that mentality after they drink.
They would be like….Hey bro,Lets beat him.!

8.There are guys who would be floating in the air.
Those are the best feelings in the world.
To get that feeling,we drink.
It really loosens our mind and body.
It makes us feel relaxed.
We feel that our soul is out of our body and trying to fresh up.
It makes us so relaxed that we feel that our soul takes off their underwear if its a boy
and that the soul is taking off her bra if its a girl.
It just not makes sense aymore when we are drunk.Or does it makes sense only when we’re drunk.?

Its the position when we don’t feel ashamed of anything.
We can talk freely about anything without even thinking about it.

SELFIE

 

SELFIE is like the song which made Chainsmokers really famous.
The first song which really hitted the EDM.

Video of the song is really something.
Two girls in the washroom talking.Their words are the song lyrics.
And with the EDM comes many people with their social media’s selfies.

I don’t understand why the girls are in the bathroom for that much time.
The song generally goes like the girls talking some shit and then tells Let Me Take A Selfie.
Then the EDM hits.
And it goes on and on like a cycle.

When you go to a party,don’t just sit in the bathroom.
Go out there and enjoy the party.
Their dj was performing some really good song.

Every songs of Chainsmokers is like the same song.
There will be some really good song and then they add EDM at 3 intervals.
Even then,their songs are really good.

FRIENDS

 

FRIENDS is really a song which is very brutal.
Anne Marie is avoiding Marshmello here.
The song is about every girls words about breaking up.

Anne marie is very harsh to marshmello.
We can’t blame her too,
I mean isn’t it awkward to date a guy with a box up his head.
Even if she wanted to kiss,that would not be even a bit good.
Its better to kiss a pillow than that box.

In this song marshmello is the ex of Anne marie.
And she wants both of them to be friends(burnt!!).

Also in the song,the word fucking is muted a bit and i don’t know why they did that.
Everyone would understand it even then.
I think it is just to make the song children friendly.!!
And the video is also very relaxing to see.
Many hot girls with her.
And Anne marie also shows half her bra by wearing a small t-shirt.
In some scenes she wears it like that.
Just put a sweater above it.
She shows this and muted the F-word.
That’s just sick!!
What is the reason for it?
This song didn’t needed such scenes.
Even though she is exposing a bit,I don’t care as she’s great.

If the song’s lyrics were not sang but were said by some girl in some romance film,then it would be a heartbreaking scene.
Anne Marie made it so simple and gives a jolly mood for everyone hearing it.

At the end,I think that both of them got together.

I’m an Albatross

Aronchupa’s I’m an albatross is a song with super bass.
The video shows Aronchupa and a few girls getting ready for something in a makeup room.
Then there is a dj guy and an old man playing a piano.

The song is a bit racist against rats.
As the lyrics,Fuck that layo mouse indicates.
But who the fuck cares,right?
They don’t have an internet connection to see this.

Mouse,Dogs,or any animal is okay.
And I think Aronchupa favors albatross more than anything.
That’s her wish,right?
It’s her song.

Ciao Adios

Ciao adios is one of my favourite songs.

Its mainly because I love Anne Marie.

Everyone really likes the song as it really rhymes and is good to hear.
But the song is not a really happy song,
If you listen to the lyrics.

Its basically Anne Marie singing about her boyfriend who is now in a new relationship.
In the begining of the song Anne Marie sings about the doubts she had about him during their relationships.
But she says that even though this all happened,she hopes that he treats her(New gf) better than he treated her(Anne Marie).
And she doesn’t wants to waste her time if he doesn’t want to be with her.
She has also seen both of them kissing and having fun.
And Anne was cool about it all.
She just sang about it and didn’t made a fuss about anything.
The songs main part is that She is done.
That’s creative.
And her bf knew to play guitar.

And she is even insisting to take his new gf on his fancy car and to make out in the rain.
She has seen it before.Maybe she was mocking him.Or she saw that he was really happy at that moment and she liked to see him happy.
This is why i love anne more.
I don’t think that anyone would be so cool about it.
And she even looks very happy in the song just dancing and singing.

I really enjoy listening to the song and just makes me feel good.
Its really an inspirational song.
Even though she has these much problems,she ignores it all and sings and dances openly.

Girls should learn from her.
